Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

EU & International Delivery We ship to all European Union countries. Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

• Western Europe (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain): 7–10 business days
• Northern Europe (Denmark, Finland, Sweden): 7–12 business days
• Eastern Europe (Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia): 10–14 business days
• Luxembourg & Malta: 10–14 business days

Shipping Carriers EU orders are shipped via DHL Express, DHL eCommerce, or UPS depending on your location and selected service at checkout.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at kadanswimwear@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
