To start a return or exchange, visit our return portal here.

 Kadan Swimwear guarantees the quality of our swimwear and the satisfaction of our customers.

We will accept returns/exchanges and refunds according to the following:

• Request is submitted within 30 days of purchase
• All returns/exchanges are unworn with tags and hygienic liner intact
• No used or damaged swimwear may be returned/exchanged (unless damage is through the fault of the seller or shipping)
• To request a return/exchange and/or refund please click the link to our return portal, or email kadanswimwear@gmail.com to process a manual return along with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs if return is processed manually
• Return shipping address will be provided after manual return request is initiated
